This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes the terms under which subscriptions, services, and purchases made through RevgnX Digital Solutions Private Limited (“RevgnX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) may be cancelled and whether refunds may be issued.

By purchasing or subscribing to any service offered on https://revgnx.com, you agree to the terms described in this policy.


1. Overview

RevgnX provides digital services including:

  • B2B Lead Generation

  • Contact Discovery

  • Customized B2B Data Sets

  • Sales Intelligence Services

  • Email Outreach Support

  • Account Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Inside Sales as a Service

Our services are offered through:

  • Subscription Plans (Basic One Package, Standard Package, Premium Package)

  • Pay-Per-Lead purchasing model

Due to the nature of digital services and data delivery, refunds and cancellations are handled under the terms described below.


2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Once a cancellation request is received:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • The subscription will not renew automatically after the current billing period.

  • Access to RevgnX services will continue until the subscription period expires.

RevgnX does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.


3. Pay-Per-Lead Purchases

For purchases made under the Pay-Per-Lead model:

  • Leads delivered through the RevgnX platform are considered consumed digital goods once delivered.

  • Therefore, pay-per-lead purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, RevgnX may review refund requests in cases where:

  • leads are duplicate within the same delivery batch

  • lead data is demonstrably incorrect or invalid

  • technical delivery errors occurred

Such requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Leads- If the same contact appears multiple times within a dataset delivered by RevgnX.

Invalid Data – If contact information provided is clearly incorrect or unusable.

Technical Errors- If payment was processed but services were not delivered due to a technical issue.

All refund requests are subject to verification by the RevgnX support team. RevgnX reserves the right to determine the eligibility of refund requests.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • dissatisfaction with marketing results

  • unused subscription time

  • failure to use purchased leads

  • changes in business strategy

  • leads becoming outdated after delivery

  • misuse of data by the user

RevgnX does not guarantee conversion rates, response rates, or business outcomes from the use of lead data.


6. Payment Processing

All payments on the RevgnX platform are processed securely through Razorpay. RevgnX does not store payment card details on its servers. Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.


7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated within 7 business days

  • The time required for funds to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.


8. Fraud Prevention

RevgnX reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancel services if fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or violation of the Terms of Service is detected. Accounts found engaging in such activities may be suspended or terminated.


9. Changes to This Policy

RevgnX may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted on the website with the revised Last Updated date.
